Graduated ND filters are essential when photographing high-contrast scenes such as sunlit skies above darker land, and this Medium GND8 reduces light by 3 stops in the graduated region, transitioning smoothly from dark to clear so exposure stays balanced right across the frame.

1/2 Graduation Advantage

The Medium GND8 uses a 1/2 graduation, striking the balance between a soft grad that can lack definition and a hard grad that looks abrupt. It suits skylines, treelines and ridges that break the horizon but stay close to it; where subjects carry high up the frame, the Soft GND8 is the better choice.

Stacks with the JetMag Pro Filter System

The 95MAG filter stacks with the rest of the JetMag Pro 95MAG range, including the True Colour CPL, FS ND and diffusion filters, so a graduated ND can be combined with polarisation or additional density in one magnetic stack. It also accepts the 95MAG magnetic front cap, letting a filter stay mounted and protected between shots.
