A Compact Powerhouse Mirrorless Camera
The Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II pairs a 16MP Live MOS sensor with a TruePic VII image processor, delivering improved performance and reduced noise across the ISO range compared to its predecessor. A fully articulated 3.0" touchscreen OLED monitor makes composing self-portraits and awkward angles easy, while built-in Wi-Fi lets you share images straight from the camera. When the light isn't right for the LCD, the 2,360k-dot electronic viewfinder gives a near lag-free view with an eye sensor that switches automatically between screen and viewfinder.
5-Axis Image Stabilization
An ultra-sensitive 5-axis VCM (voice coil motor) system with updated gyro sensors provides up to 5 stops of compensation, helping deliver sharp handheld stills and steady HD video even in low light.
40MP High Res Shot Mode
Sensor-shift technology combines eight individual exposures in-camera to produce a single 40-megapixel image, capturing far more fine detail than the native 16.1MP sensor alone.
Vari-Angle Touchscreen and Electronic Viewfinder
The 3.0" vari-angle OLED touchscreen and 2,360k-dot electronic viewfinder work together with an eye sensor for seamless switching between the two. Key shooting information such as shutter speed is displayed at the bottom of the viewfinder, so exposure adjustments and Art Filter effects can be checked without pulling away from the eyepiece.
Weather-Sealed Magnesium Alloy Body
A magnesium alloy body is sealed against dust and moisture, and the camera is rated to keep operating in cold conditions down to -10°C, making it a dependable choice for shooting outdoors.
