Overview

The Panasonic AK-SFC391G is a paid software activation key that unlocks SMPTE ST 2110 IP connectivity on the AK-HC3900 studio camera. It is designed for broadcast and live production teams moving from traditional SDI camera chains to IP based workflows, letting the AK-HC3900 operate directly on a professional IP broadcast network, including a direct connection to Panasonic's Kairos IT/IP platform. IP-Based Studio Camera Operation

Once activated, the AK-HC3900 sends uncompressed HD video over ST 2110 and receives HD return video over IP, enabling full two-way video communication across an IP network without a CCU in the signal chain.
