Overview

The PGYTECH ProShot PSSD Module for Smartphone Video Cages is a modular insert designed for the ProShot video cage grip system. It allows for high-speed external storage, supporting both M.2 SATA and NVMe SSDs for extended recording capabilities. This module enables direct raw video recording to an external SSD, eliminating the need to pause filming to free up smartphone memory. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS 17 or later, and Android 9 or later.

Designed for professional smartphone videographers, it includes a USB-C data transfer cable and a status LED to monitor data transfer progress, ensuring seamless workflow on the go.

Operation Notes:

When using a new SSD, it must be initialized and partitioned before use. If using an SSD previously used in another device, it must be re-partitioned. Back up any important data before re-partitioning to prevent data loss.
