Overview

The PolarPro Peter McKinnon Chroma VND/PL Black Mist Filter (95mm Coarse, 2 to 5-Stop, Grade 1/4) combines a variable neutral density filter and a circular polarizer in one 95mm accessory, giving you 2 to 5-stop exposure control alongside glare and reflection reduction for shooting video and stills in bright conditions. Built around PolarPro's Chroma Glass, the filter embeds black particles directly into the glass structure to add Grade 1/4 coarse-grain black mist diffusion, softening highlights and adding depth to shadows for a cinematic look straight out of camera. The ND and CPL elements rotate independently, and the new glass increases the filter's colour accuracy, only incurring the colour variance that results from polarization.
