Overview

The Shure Nexadyne 2 is a dynamic supercardioid kick drum microphone built around Shure's Revonic Dual-Engine Transducer for consistent pickup and reduced unwanted noise. Heavier-than-average coils extend the low end while keeping mids full and treble attack clear, making it a strong choice for touring, studio recording, live broadcasts and venue backlines. The mic includes a zippered bag and a brass 3/8" thread adapter.

Revonic Dual-Engine Transducer

Where a typical dynamic microphone uses a single transducer, the Nexadyne 2 uses two, wired out of phase to cancel mechanical vibration and remove self-noise from the acoustic signature. This lets Shure precisely tune the acoustic network for consistent polar pattern performance and frequency response across the range.

Compact, Low-Profile Design

The compact cartridge gives the Nexadyne 2 a small footprint that is easy to position optimally, while the discreet black finish keeps it low-profile on stage. An integrated swivel joint is separated from the XLR output so the mic can be positioned securely without straining the cable.
