The Sigma TC-1401 1.4x Teleconverter is built for Nikon F-mount lenses in Sigma's Global Vision line, increasing focal length by 1.4x while preserving full communication between lens and camera. It's a compact way to add reach to a compatible telephoto lens without carrying a second, longer lens.

Autofocus Support to f/8

Full electronic communication is maintained between the lens and camera when the teleconverter is attached, allowing autofocus to continue operating at apertures up to f/8. One Special Low Dispersion element helps limit chromatic aberration so image quality holds up well with the 1.4x conversion, which introduces a light loss of approximately one stop.

Compatibility:

• Compatible with select Sigma Global Vision lenses, including the 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports, 70-200mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Sports, 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary, 120-300mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Sports, 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM (Sports and Contemporary), and 500mm f/4 DG OS HSM Sports.
• Autofocus may not operate when paired with lenses that have a maximum aperture of f/5.6 or lower.
