Overview
The SIRUI Saturn V2 Series 75mm T2.9 1.6x Full-Frame Anamorphic Cine Lens (L-Mount, Neutral Flare) is a manual-focus cinema lens built for filmmakers who want a genuine anamorphic look at a longer, more compressed 75mm focal length. Designed for the L-Mount mount, it covers full-frame sensors with a 1.6x anamorphic squeeze and a constant T2.9 to T16 aperture range, giving a 42.4° horizontal field of view for tighter, more compressed anamorphic framing than the wider 35mm and 50mm Saturn V2 lenses. Its 15-element, 11-group optical design, including five cylindrical elements and one aspherical element, suits close-up and portrait-style cine work where a longer anamorphic focal length matters.
A 14-blade iris shapes the lens's oval bokeh, and an integrated switch flips between horizontal and vertical shooting for widescreen or vertical delivery without cropping. Focus is fully manual, pulling smoothly to a minimum distance of 90cm via a 120° rotation, 64.8mm focus ring, and the 62mm filter thread keeps it compatible with standard filter systems and accessories. It rounds out the Saturn V2 series as the longer telephoto option alongside the 35mm and 50mm lenses.
Seamless Horizontal-to-Vertical Switching
A dedicated unlock button and switch let you flip the lens between horizontal and vertical shooting, delivering the anamorphic widescreen look on standard 16:9 delivery and a genuine cinematic feel on vertical formats without cropping into the frame.
True Full-Frame Sensor Coverage
The 75mm Saturn V2 covers full-frame sensors, with a 15-element, 11-group optical design that includes five cylindrical elements and one aspherical element to help manage aberration across the frame. Its constant T2.9 to T16 aperture range gives a shallow, cinematic depth of field at a longer 75mm reach.
Fully Manual Focus Control
Focus is fully manual on the 75mm Saturn V2, controlled through a 64.8mm focus ring with a 120° rotation throw for precise, repeatable pulls from a 90cm minimum focus distance out to infinity.
Oval Bokeh From a 14-Blade Iris
A 14-blade iris keeps the lens's signature oval bokeh smooth and consistent across its T2.9 to T16 aperture range, in keeping with the anamorphic look of the wider Saturn V2 lenses.
Compact, Lightweight Design
At under 500g and roughly 112 to 114mm long depending on mount, the 75mm Saturn V2 keeps a similar compact footprint to the rest of the series, making it easy to add to a gimbal, rig, or run-and-gun kit alongside the 35mm and 50mm lenses.
