Overview

The SmallRig 6902 Creator Kit for iPhone 18 Pro is a professional dual-handle shooting rig built around SmallRig's SR-MicroSlide ecosystem, designed for stable handheld video, live streaming and short-form production on the iPhone 18 Pro. The kit pairs a machined aluminium alloy video cage with a Rotating Smart Control Handle featuring wireless remote control, a second Rotating Handle, and a 67mm Attachable Filter Backplate, so audio, lighting, power and camera control accessories can all be mounted and used straight out of the box.

SR-MicroSlide Handle System

Both handles lock onto the cage via the SR-MicroSlide rail and can be installed or removed in about a second. Each handle rotates steplessly for a comfortable grip at any angle, and the lever-style design allows the handle position to be adjusted and locked in place for smooth camera movements.

Handles Convert to Top Handles

The stepless rotation on each handle lets it swing up to work as a top handle as well as a side grip, so the same rig covers low-angle handheld shooting and a more traditional top-carry position without swapping hardware.

Wireless Smart Remote Control

One handle houses a detachable wireless remote that controls zoom, exposure (EV) adjustment, and front/rear camera switching without touching the phone screen. The remote can also be removed from the handle for standalone use, with a maximum control range of approximately 10m.

Quick-Release Optical Expansion

The cage retains SmallRig's quick-release optical interfaces and ships with a 67mm Attachable Filter Backplate fitted as standard. A T-Mount Lens Backplate, 17mm Lens Backplate and 67mm Threaded Filter Backplate are each available separately for external lenses and filters.

Open-Back MagSafe Design

An open-back cutout keeps the iPhone's MagSafe area accessible and helps with heat dissipation during longer recording sessions, while leaving every button, port, camera and wireless charging area unobstructed.
