Overview

The SmallRig 5366 Manfrotto-Type Mount Plate Kit with 15mm Dual-Rod Clamp is designed to add a Manfrotto-type quick release platform and 15mm LWS rod support to camera rigs. It provides a practical base for building out compact video setups with rod-mounted accessories such as follow focus systems, matte boxes, lens supports, or other compatible production components.

The kit includes a Manfrotto-type baseplate with an integrated 15mm dual-rod clamp, along with a quick release plate that supports 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera mounting. Additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads on the underside allow the baseplate to be attached to compatible tripods, quick release systems, or other support hardware. An improved locking mechanism with a release button and locking lever helps make camera mounting and removal more secure and efficient.
