Overview

Designed for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the SmallRig Mobile Dual Handheld Kit for iPhone 17 Pro Max is a professional shooting solution for high-end video recording and live streaming. The kit includes a phone cage, a phone case, a TPU soft bumper, a rotatable side handle with wireless control, a second rotatable side handle, a T-mount lens backplate, and a 17mm lens backplate, giving creators a complete handheld filmmaking setup built around their phone.

Durable Metal Cage Construction

Built using metal, the cage provides shock absorption and scratch resistance. The phone can be mounted in the cage with or without the case on, and multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded holes and cold shoe mounts allow accessories such as handles, tripods, microphones, and lights to be attached. Quick release interfaces support fast handheld or tripod setups, while a quick-lock mechanism keeps the phone secure and prevents accidental ejection. For underwater shooting or high-performance cooling scenarios, the phone can be mounted without the case alongside the TPU soft bumper.

HawkLock Quick Release Handles

The included side handles attach to the cage using a HawkLock H11 quick release mechanism for fast installation and removal. Each handle rotates to maintain a comfortable grip at most angles, and one handle doubles as a wireless remote for one-touch shooting from up to 10 m away.

Swappable Lens Backplates

The T-mount lens backplate supports T-mount lenses and can be swapped for a 17mm threaded backplate or a separately sold 67mm filter adapter, giving creators flexibility to attach different lens accessories.

Full Access Design

Side-mounted strap holes let you attach a wrist strap or other accessory to help prevent drops, while a hollowed-out design retains full access to the phone's buttons, ports, lenses, and charging interfaces. Note: avoid using third-party phone cases with this product, as incompatible cases may damage your phone.
