The Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 is a 4x telephoto zoom built for Canon EF-mount full-frame cameras, spanning telephoto to super-telephoto reach in a single lens. It suits wildlife, sports, and other subjects that demand extra reach, and can also be used on APS-C bodies where it delivers a 240-960mm equivalent focal length range.
FLEX ZOOM LOCK Mechanism
A FLEX ZOOM LOCK mechanism allows the zoom position to be locked at any focal length, preventing accidental zoom creep while carrying the lens.
Vibration Compensation Stabilization
Built-in Vibration Compensation (VC) delivers up to 4.5 stops of image stabilization, helping produce sharper handheld shots at long focal lengths.
Ring-Type USD Autofocus
A ring-type Ultrasonic Silent Drive (USD) autofocus motor delivers quick, accurate focusing, with full-time manual focus available for fine-tuning.
Weather-Resistant Metal Construction
Moisture-resistant construction and a fluorine-coated front element protect against the elements and make the lens easier to keep clean, while a durable metal barrel with textured focus and zoom rings stands up to regular use.
