As the largest evolution of the Boulder Camera Cart system, the XL version is designed to support heavier builds while remaining fully compatible with the Boulder ecosystem.
With increased surface area and reinforced construction, the Boulder XL enables cleaner layouts, improved organization, and confident handling of large camera builds, power systems, and monitoring setups. Enhanced mobility and upgraded casters ensure smooth movement even under maximum load.

Design & Structural Strength
The Boulder Camera Cart XL is built around a high-strength galvanized steel frame featuring a reinforced rear spine and cross-beam architecture. This construction resists flex and deformation in both horizontal and vertical directions, keeping the cart stable even when fully loaded.
The enlarged upper and lower trays remain flat under extreme weight, providing a secure platform for heavy cases, block batteries, and sensitive equipment.
Mobility & Workflow
An upgraded mobility system combines fixed and swivel 10-inch casters to deliver improved stability, control, and durability. The cart moves smoothly across studio floors and outdoor surfaces while maintaining balance under load.
Added 35 mm tube clamps allow mounting of light stands or C-stands directly to the cart, while multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points with locating pins support accessories, monitors, and wireless systems.
Boulder Ecosystem Compatibility
The XL version integrates seamlessly with many Tilta Boulder Camera Cart accessories shared with the standard model. This allows users to expand or reconfigure their setup without replacing existing components, making the Boulder XL a scalable long-term solution.
