Overview

The Viltrox 90mm f/2.2 EVO AF Lens (Sony E) is a short telephoto prime for APS-C Sony E mirrorless cameras, with a 135mm full-frame equivalent view and an f/2.2 maximum aperture. It is made for portrait, headshot and fashion work, where it lets you stand back from your subject and still fill the frame.

The bright aperture and nine-blade diaphragm separate your subject smoothly, ED and HRI glass with a nano coating keeps images clean, and a quiet STM motor with eye and face detection suits stills and video alike. The lens is also dust and water resistant, for shoots in challenging environments.

135mm-Equivalent Portrait Reach

The 90mm focal length gives the reach of a 135mm lens on full frame, so you can fill the frame with a face or an outfit while working from a comfortable distance. Paired with the f/2.2 maximum aperture, it separates your subject smoothly from the background, and the nine-blade diaphragm renders out-of-focus areas as pleasing bokeh. It focuses close enough for clear close-ups too.

STM Autofocus with Eye Detection

The STM motor gives accurate autofocus for photos, and when you switch to video it moves focus smoothly and silently from one point to the next. Eye and face detection keep track of your subject on your Sony camera, so you can concentrate on posing and framing while the lens keeps focus where it belongs, shot after shot.
