Overview

The Viltrox Monitor Cage for DC-X2 & DC-X3 Monitors is a protective aluminium alloy frame made to fit the Viltrox DC-X2 and DC-X3 on-camera monitors. Its open frame guards the monitor against knocks while leaving its controls and ports fully reachable, so you can keep working with it caged.

Lightweight and portable, it is easy to carry from shoot to shoot in a camera bag, and an Allen key comes in the box for fitting.

Mounting Points

Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and cold shoe mounts around the frame let you attach lights, microphones, handles and other accessories directly to the cage. Everything you build around the screen stays together as one tidy rig, instead of a collection of separate clamps, and the monitor itself stays protected underneath.
