YC Onion Pineta Pro Carbon Fibre Monopod with Pedal Base

Overview

The YC Onion Pineta Pro Carbon Fibre Monopod with Pedal Base is built around a single brake-style lever. One action extends, positions and locks all three leg sections and the pedal base, and a lock button holds the setting. It supports up to 10 kg, rises to about 162 cm and folds down to around 78 cm for storage and travel.

A side-mounted, ARRI-style 1/4"-20 Mounting Thread lets you attach extra gear, so the monopod can grow with your rig. It suits photographers and videographers who want fast, stable support that also works as a small tabletop tripod.

Pedal Base

The pedal design lets the base swivel a full 360°, and an adjustable collar sets how much resistance you feel when panning or tilting. The feet can be set to two angles for the height you want or folded up to shrink the footprint. A removable rubber foot attaches to the centre of the base with a 3/8"-16 Screw, and once the base is detached from the monopod it works as a standalone tripod for tabletop or low-angle shooting.
