    Get up to 4.0 stops of Image Stabilisation in lens, and up to 6.5 stops with coordinated control Image Stabilisation when attached to a compatible R Series camera with in body stabilisation. This will assist with camera shake and reduce image blur when shooting hand-held in low light situations.

    STM Motor for Smooth Movie AF

    The RF-S 18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM is equiped with a lead-screw type stepping motor (STM) to allow for smooth and quiet drive action, making it a great option for creating video content.
