The Tilta Luna Ultra Shock Absorbing Head for Hydra Alien Mini (Titanium Gray) is a purpose-built mounting head that connects an Insta360 Luna Ultra action camera to Tilta's Hydra Alien Mini car and vehicle mounting system. Machined from aluminum alloy with stainless steel, silicone, and nylon components, it uses shock absorbers and hydraulic damping to filter out the micro-vibrations that can compromise footage from moving vehicles or rough terrain. A full-rotation design lets the camera body spin independently of the mount, opening up creative framing options that a fixed head can't match.

Constructed from aluminum alloy, SUS304 stainless steel, silicone, and nylon, the head is built to hold up to repeated mounting and demanding shoots while keeping its own weight to just 204g.

Full-Rotation Camera Body Design

An upgraded full-rotation mechanism allows the camera body to rotate independently of the base, so you can mount the Luna Ultra upside down for a low angle shot or sideways for full sensor vertical shooting without swapping hardware.

Stability for Action and Vehicle Shoots

With shock absorbers rated at 25A hardness, the head is designed for dynamic action sequences, uneven terrain, and shooting from moving vehicles, smoothing out camera shake that would otherwise show up in the final footage.
